Salt is a leading marketing research agency in the CIS region, specializing in conducting both primary and secondary qualitative research. As a product researcher at Salt, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest and most well-known international brands and products, such as Canva and BAT. I helped them overcome their challenges and contributing to their success through my research and insights.

Key Contributions

  • Acted as a project manager and ensured smooth and efficient execution of my research projects
  • Collaborated with clients to understand their needs and goals, to tailor research methods accordingly
  • Wrote the questionnaires, screeners and helped with participants recruitment
  • Conducted extensive secondary market research and data analysis
  • Conducted various product validation tests, including but not limited to usability testing, customer surveys.
  • Conducted customer development interviews & focus groups.
  • Worked closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective product research strategies
  • Analyzed and interpreted large amounts of data, synthesizing findings into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Facilitated client workshops and presentations to showcase research findings and help drive decision-making
  • Presented findings and recommendations to clients and supported them in implementing insights
  • Mentored junior researchers and provided guidance on research methodology and best practices.
