MER — was a consulting agency that specialized in helping companies to properly enter the Middle East and Russian markets. We served as a bridge between the two regions and provided market research & intelligence, product-market fit services to clients looking to expand into either market.

As a young consultant, I initially underestimated the impact of political, economic, and social factors on business.

In my current ventures, I always perform a PESTEL analysis and thorough market research before expanding into new regions. This includes reviewing regional media, demographic, and economic reports. This approach helps me identify key risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make informed decisions.

My experience with MER highlighted the complexities of international business and underscored the importance of comprehensive analysis and risk assessment, which have since contributed to my success.
